The files are for 2 Meter and 70 cm repeaters when traveling from St. George, Utah.  The data files are inside a .zip file that includes the .img file of the repeaters for CHIRP, a pdf file that explains the particular list of repeaters, an an Excel workbook that contains all data related to the particular set of repeaters.
